Shot-blasting

 Material shot-blasting

Steel granulate shot-blasting is used for surface treatment of metals before their further coating or further surface treatment, such as hot-dip galvanizing.  By means of metal shot-blasting materials are rid of corrosion, impurities, and mill scale.  We shot-blast both sheet metal and cut parts (according to customer requirements).

To shot-blast we use a continuous double-sided tunnel-type shot-blasting machine with disc projectiles and cylinder transportation track.  The device is used for continuous, automatic shot-blasting of sheet metal, cut parts, sections, tubes, welds and other material.  During shot-blasting the part is placed onto a cylinder track in parallel to the direction of shot-blasting.  The disc projectiles are set perpendicularly to the feed direction.

Cleanliness of a shot-blasted surface according to ČSN ISO 8501 - >, Sa 2,5
